**UPDATED: We tried again (third strike) to give them our business. We called to inquire before driving over, and were told that they prefer to do business in person. I completely understand that, but if you can't give me basics over the phone do not expect me to come there to buy.We'll be taking our money elsewhere. Worst used car manager I ever dealt with. Ken( used car manager) wouldn't even explain something to me and then hung the phone up on me. I don't recommend trying to trade with this guy.
Very heartbroken, my vehicle was sold out from under me. Unless you are financing with them, they show no care towards meeting your family needs. Instead of making this family very happy, they chose to benefit themselves. Don't recommend this dealership for trade-in or if you are financing thru an outside company. No honest people left in the world. 0 stars.
