Bad customer service. I live in Bremerton and had to call and find out where my license plates where. Was told they would send them to me on the 6th. My temporary tag expires on the 4th. They didn’t even bother to tell they had received them.

Franklin, when we receive your license plates, we do send out a post card letting you know that they are in. You can come into the dealership and we will put them on for you or we can mail them. We apologize this wasn't communicated to you.

I purchased a used vehicle from them last January with gap insurance. Was told I could apply for a refund of gap insurance if I paid off the vehicle early. Paid it off in 8 months and applied for a refund in later April and was told 4 weeks for a refund. I am now going on 7 weeks I have left 4 voicemail including 3 to a manager named "Evette" with no return calls. This place from a few issues I have is not very good with after the sales service. Just beware of this when you buy from them.
