They play tricks which I hate.
It’s great that a shuttle is offered - HOWEVER while service opens at 7 the shuttle doesn’t start running until 8. Had I known that I’d have made my appointment later in the day (maybe I’ll get lucky and service will be done before the shuttle starts)?!?
Vas as made the buying a new truck stress free. I felt he was on my side representing my best interest rather than me against them. I purchased a new F-150 from Ford of Kirkland. Justin Soga was very helpful. We had a specific color we were looking for and a budget that he and Rich were able to make work. We were very happy with our experience and will be repeat customers for sure!
Sales Rep Justin Soga was fantastic. FINALLY found a Sales person who knew when to back-off & let us look around to think about what we eat and when to jump in to assist us. Todd is very helpful and informative. I am pleasantly surprised.
We worked with Todd Ireland to exchange our Sienna for the Expedition. He didn’t try to upsell us at all, and there was none of the “let me check with my manager” back and forth that I hate about car dealerships. He let us have an extended test drive, so we could take the vehicle to show our kids (and see how they all fitted in!), and offered us a great price for our old car. All in all, the most pleasant car buying experience we’ve had - would definitely recommend Todd and Ford of Kirkland.
