I had a great experience with a young man by the name of Jason! Along with his knowledge of the vehicles, he was able to answer anything I threw at him. Very seldom do I see these traits when car shopping. If they can make me laugh and have a fun experience, which he delivered, much more inclined to further my search at that dealership. On Saturday 9/26, I purchased a used Car from Jason at Ford of Kirkland. Monday morning I went to work and the car started losing power and making a loud knocking sound. I called Ford of Kirkland and waited on hold twice for an extended period of time before hanging up and calling a tow service to tow it back to Ford of Kirkland. I had a great experience here everyone was super friendly and helpful with helping me and my girlfriend buying our first car together I recommend this establishment it runs like a well oiled machine Justin Soga and Greg Carter were the spearheads of helping us out and we appreciate there awesome team work so much!!!
