RecommendedWe just purchased a new 2020 Escape. This is the 6th vehicle that we have purchased from Ford of Kirkland and once again they were awesome. We were in and out quickly and we are thrilled with our new vehicle. I also love the service team. Always so friendly and happy to explain all that was done during the service. I was taken care of by the sales team. However the finance team seemed a little weird. I signed paperwork, but didn’t have the warm fuzzy that my financing was approved. I guess when a credit union comes knocking I’ll know if I was or not.
Had a great buying experience there, and am thrilled with the car I bought, a Mercedes model that is getting harder and harder to find in excellent shape with low miles -- but that was what Ford of Kirkland happened to have in their used car inventory, and it was the car for me. Very happy overall with the car and with Ford of Kirkland, including the sales folks I dealt with, Nima and Matthew.

BUYER BEWARE WILL TELL YOU HOW GREAT THE FORD IS BUT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG THEY WILL BE TO BUSY TO HELP YOU. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID !!!!
