An absolute perfect car buying experience. James Teufel was the best! No hassle, no back and forth, no games. This is our second experience buying at Ford of Kirkland and you better believe, future purchases will be made there too. It may not be a Ford, but still hands down, exceptional experience.

The service was a disaster. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. My salesman was Jeff and just completely disrespectful! He wasn’t helpful the staff is rude. If you are in a tight situation I wouldn’t recommend this place because they are just going to literally laugh at you and make a joke of your struggles. Not only that but literally leave you to go help another customer. They are just money hungry and great scammers. They don’t want you they literally just want your money.
Excellent experience buying my 2018 Edge when new, and now very please with service dept. It is really terrific to have the Ford service bay open on Saturdays again.
Just had an amazing experience with everyone at Ford of Kirkland. Especially with Voss, Alex, Kevin, Brian, and Gary! You guys helped me find my dream car, (traded in my Mustang for a Jaguar), and they made everything so easy. I felt so welcome and all my questions were answered plus more. When we picked up our 2012 Ford Focus from Ford of Kirkland the interior was dirtier than when we left it and for some reason the driver's window had been left open. Being parked outside with the window open left between 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch of water in the floor board. Ford of Kirkland did the work they said would but was too distracted to follow through by treating my car as I would have. I should not have to clean up your dirt and WATER, as well as mine Ford of Kirkland.
