One of the worst car buying experiences ever. I was lucky enough to be helped by a person who was having his first day on the job and who was being trained by a sales person who said, "you are killing the earth by driving". All of my paperwork had the wrong bank on it. I traded in my old car almost 3 months ago. Today I recieved an infraction notice in the mail for the car I traded in. Someone didn't do their job properly and appropriately transfer the title. Never again.

Sunny at Ford of Kirkland treated me great. Both he and Steve were on top of things and the deal went very smoothly.

I took my car in for service, because the passenger side vents are blowing very hot air even with the AC on. I decided to get a 60K tune while had it in for sevice. I got a call that my car was ready. Drove away, and guess what?? They didn't fix the heating problem. I called immediately, and no apology. Just "do you want to bring it back now or later?" I want my car to be fixed and I don't want to waste any more time.

We had an appointment to see a very specific truck and when we arrived, Barry blew us off and sent us to another sales guy. That guy didn't know anything about the vehicle nor anything on the lot! Turns out "they sold it," but Barry couldn't bother to call and cancel apt. nor even fess-up and treat us with respect when we arrived from Olympia! Felt like bait and switch to me. I've never been treated so poorly. We had money and trade-in vehicle ready to go. Avoid this place - they are scammers.

We came in with our two kids, ages 3 & 6, and no intention of buying a car that day but our sales person found us the exact car we wanted and the perfect price. He was so kind to us and our kids. All the staff worked so hard to expedite the entire buying process and got us out the door before our kids fell apart. It was the most positive and amazing experience.
