I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer last week from Ford of Kirkland & The sales staff was excellent & listen to all my needs & the Sales managers Richard & Hamid made the negotiations easy. They really do care. If your looking for a Ford this is the place to go. It was actually fun buying my car from them.
Just had my car in for warranted repairs. Just got it back and the same problems are happening. I ran the diagnostic report and the exact same error codes came up! Nothing was fixed. They sure went out of their way to find non-warranties things to fix and charge me for. Very disappointed. I feel ripped off.
These reviews are laughable. In what world can you have a check ready and show interest and intent in buying a vehicle.....and for 3 days "said vehicle" is being used by an employee to "run errands". No follow up, poor communication and dishonesty. Unbelievable business practices here. I will spread this message.
Visited Hyundai of Kirkland for Santa Fe and Elentra service and could not have gotten worse service. Remote key was not working and they made us sit for an hour and after that told us that it is fixed. When we tested then we told the person on desk that it is not working but the guy was so rude that he did not listen to us. after wasting another 30 minutes we took the car back and it was not fixed. I retired a few years ago from the sales dept. at F.O.K. and have nothing but great memories . Fun people to be around and a well running organization..Thanks Jim and Amy.. I drove by their 2 new dealerships on old 99 the other day and slowed down enough to check out your display. All the cool pre owned rigs up front and everything else in perfect order, just like the Kirkland store. All the other stores in the area look pale compared to yours. Keep rocking and rolling.
