Fabulous customer service from all the wonderful sales guys and gals at FOK! Salesman Sonny Sudra makes it super fun and gets you in and out with no haggling, Rich and Jim are fair, upfront, and give you the best possible deal. I am a repeat customer many times over because these guys are great and I will buy all my cars from them!
I had minimal expectations walking in, I thought my credit was beyond repair. Scott set me straight and got me an amazing vehicle, Both Scott and Guichard went out of there way to stay late and solve every problem and get me set and good to go. Amazing work I doubt I could find anywhere else!

I was sold a lemon fiesta from this dealership in 2013. I placed a negative rating due to the way things went and all the trouble the car had right away. I was asked to remove it and they promised to make it right, take the car back and put me in another car of my choosing. I went up there today after driving for over an hour for nothing. They did not make it right, they just played games and did not do anything they said they would, the whole reason I drove all that way on my only day off. I am very pleased with the customer service at Ford of Kirkland. We first went to another dealership, but the prices were not close to what Kirkland had poayes online....so we took the long drive and I was impressed with what they did for us.
