From the receptionist to my salesman Michael Bennett to Scott in finance my experience was the best car buying experience ever! They were absolutely slammed that day but yet they made me feel like I was number one and the most important sale of the day! My vehicle is beautiful and I will return to Ford of Kirkland over and over!! I can't say enough about the entire team at Ford of Kirkland!
Great car buying experience especially due to Todd Ireland who made my car buying process much less stressful.
Horrible service. Worst experience in my life. Eric the sales manger is a jerk. Definitely bait and switch. Sold car, while we were there and first there, had been there an hour, to someone else. Feel bad for company and salesmen. Salesmen were nice, Nicholas Dent and Keith. Appreciate you trying to be the better face of the company. They don’t deserve you!
Great experience! Happy with much new purchase, quick and easy.
Wow! We just purchased a new Expedition from Ford of Kirkland and it proved to be the least painful car purchase we have experienced in a long time. Our salesman, Aurelio Samano did a great job of showing us their inventory and the differences between models. We left to shop around but came back to Ford of Kirkland a few days later. The next day we returned to have the car washed and tweaked a... read more
I'm copying and pasting this from my yelp review. Every time I drive past Ford of Kirkland, I think about what a slimeball move they tried to pull on me, so I'm making sure others have the chance to see this. I've bought my last three cars from Ford -- the last two being new cars. My latest was a Ford Fusion Sport that I bought in 2010. I take care of my cars and get maintenance done regularly all at the Ford dealership I bought my car from. From their perspective, I'm the pe...Continue Reading
Hey all! I really love our new truck we got. One thing though.... we traded in a Ford Explorer and I don't think it has ever gotten transferred out of our name because we keep getting 'Good2Go' bills in the mail for this vehicle. The bills have been for driving North Bound 405 HOV lanes. Problem is we live and work in the Tacoma area. We never drive that way and we don't have the vehicle in our possession. How can I get a bill of sale or something so this doesn't keep happening?
I had a excellent experience purchasing my car...Keith Jefferies was amazing...he was able to meet all my requests...he was efficient & prompt...I would send anyone I know to him when ready...thank you for my wonderful purchase!!
