Dont talk bs about things that won't happen and dont was people's times. I get they work but most who go in there do to and dont deserve to be treated with lies and bs promises

Great honest prices, friendly staff, amazing car buying experience!
This dealership has just changed hands and they refused to give me any kind of monetary compensation for keeping my 2012 Ford Escape 9 days for a simple house and clamp. my car had no heat in March, "fixed" but when the cooler air returned, still not heat. Their excuse, it was FORD'S problem not a Ford dealership problem. I had to scramble for wheels for 8 days. Jim Cox and his crew were great but service manager, Tom Olson, I'm not impressed. If I were to purchase a new or used car, I would not go back to them.
great people to work with when purchasing a vehicle
They could actually try to follow up with promises they make. Once they sell you the car, don't count on getting anything else.
