Friendly and courteous, James Teufel was great at explaining the differences in the F150s we were looking at. Would recommend him as a good salesperson to work with!

He just told me about the car I was looking at and after I decided I love it, gave me a breakdown of the pricing so it was really easy for me to understand. My wife and I just purchased our 2nd vehicle from Ford of Kirkland. In all the years I have been purchasing vehicles, this is the very first time I have EVER returned to a dealership.
