Worse experience my family is having with these people. They have been giving him the runaround for almost 2 months. Still no car....they lie and lie some more.
We bought a 2017 Prius today. Jonathan Bottger was our sales representative. He was great, very professional with no high pressure. The dealership was easy to work with. We were impressed,also, with Mercedes McLean who answered questions and went with us for the test drive. Thank you all.

Jonathan Bottger was a rockstar today! My husband and I drove four hours to come and get a car we found online and he did everything possible to make it happen for us. He went above and beyond and even came in on his day off to help us out. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we got everything we were looking for. We’d highly recommend him and his crew. We bought a car from Jonathan Bottger and we’re very impressed. We wanted a specific car and we’re traveling over 5 hours to get it, he kept in constant contact with us for several days until we were able to make our way to Kirkland to eventually buy. We will definitely be back for our next car!
