Wow! What great service I got today at ford of Kirkland. They didn't jump on me as I parked the car. They let me browse their inventory without bothering me..... so refreshing! When I found the car I wanted to test drive they were very friendly and eager to help. I ended up buying a 2008 accord with only 48000 miles.... one owner! Where do you find a car like that? I am so lucky to have found this dealership. Its not the shiniest dealership.. but the friendly staff make it shine! Thanks for your help today!

Been dealing with them for years. They usually assign a service rep to you - stick with that person and everything else is pretty seamless. The buying experience is always awesome.
I left a bad review before due to a miscellaneous charge that was not disclosed to me when I purchased the car (which i would never agree to). I was surprised to find the GM of the dealership and the Sales Manager both stepped up and personally called me to apologize and try to work out with me. I am thankful for the customer service I received AFTER buying the car.
