RecommendedHelpful, easy to deal with. They could be more forthcoming explaining features on the vehicle. This truck is 13 years newer than my last purchase with far more technology. It's been a week now and I have figured out most features. I believe I was asked if I needed anything explained but I was ignorant of some of the details of using some of this technology. Still I'd give 4.5 stars.

RecommendedI spoke with Chris on the phone and told him that I was sure they wouldn't be able to make a deal on a 2019 Ford Ranger because I owe to much money on my trade in. He told me to come down and give him a chance. Chris was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. He got me a great deal and I drove away in my new Ranger Pick-up. I have bought other vehicles from Ford Lincoln Fairfield and I used their service department. I have always had excellent care from them.
RecommendedWent to Ford Lincoln Fairfield to look at Ford F-150s. We have bought previous cars and trucks from them over the years. Embony was our sales person. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our questions. She got us a great deal. We ended up driving away with a Ford F-150 and are very happy with it. Also, we've always had excellent care from the service department when taking our cars and trucks in for general maintenance. That is actually what keeps us going back to the dealership when buying another vehicle.

RecommendedGreat service from sales Consultant Roberto Marin. He was very quick to respond back and made the whole process very seamless. He is quite experienced in what he does, so the process was quick. I had work in the afternoon and was worried I will be late to work, so Roberto drove the new car and his dad Jose Marin drove in a different car 3 hours from Fairfield to Morgan Hill where I live just to ensure I make it on time to work.
