I bought a car from them two years ago and there is something wrong with it already. I have to get a new muffler and I have to get a new parking brake. I do not like ford
Great service. I've had Ford Lincoln Fairfield do all of the maintenance on my 2012 F-150 since 2014. I stopped on my way home from night shift work for an oil change and tire rotation the other day. No appointment needed and said I had a free service owed me. Oil change, tire rotation and car wash. No charge. I'm very happy with Ford Lincoln Fairfield.
Customer Service is not responsive when communicating via email or contacting via dealer website. Online appointment scheduling is a joke. Website creates email to Customer Service who is supposed to respond but does not.
Took my car in for a schedulerecall update. I was a litttle late arriving and got no hassle. They also advised me of a second update, and said they could get that done on the same day. Service manager Jake was great to work with, and he kept me informed of status of service.
