Wonderful service. The service department was even prepared to pick me up at the train station after my work commute, in order to pick up my car. This goes above and beyond any other auto service department I have ever encountered. Very happy with and confident about Ford Lincoln Fairfield.
Pro: free parking, public restrooms, experts examine car during routine oil change, drop box. Con: 2.5 hours for oil change even w/appointment is a bit slow.

They insist I give them a review so OK. I took my Escape Hybrid because it does something odd every thousand miles or so. I know it is very unusual because I used to own a fleet of taxis that were Escape Hybrids. They could not find the reason but charged me two hours. I doubt if it took two hours but you expect that with dealerships. i have since driven out to Indiana and had no issues so maybe it fixed itself. That does happen once in a blue moon.
Great service when I need work on my 2005 Focus which lead me there to buy a new car (My daughter has my focus)... Mark Rogers worked with me and helped me find the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Since it was not on their lot he got it from another dealer and delivered it to my house; reviewed all the features, followed up and made the experience feel like good old fashion service again....that is hard to find.... got a 2017 Escape and I love it
