I purchased a car with Pilgrims Of March. In the initial phase when Simon was trying to close the sale he was extremely friendly and helpful. From there onwards when we needed help sorting out issue with the car like the totally below legal limit tyres, missing internal matts he refused to even answer my calls or emails. Disappointed with the customer care.

I had seen many negative reviews on Trustpilot, especially regarding the after sales and MOT center, but we never thought this would happen to us because of Damian’s customer service whom assured us the car would go through complete service, MOT, oil CHANGE and not just top up like we asked and confirmed 3 times.however sadly like the other customers in the reviews we also had a negative experience.
