Highly competent, professional and courteous team. The air conditioning installation was completed on time on the scheduled days. We were offered flexible equipment options resulting in an ideal combination.
With some experience of heating systems in my own work, I felt confident of the ability of the Forbes George engineer, Mark Bramley, to deliver, from our first meeting. There was definitely an advantage in having the engineer, who would be installing our air source heat pump, carry out the heating survey and discuss the proposed heating system and how he would achieve it. Nic and co fitted air con recently in our home. From quote to installation was only 10 days, which we appreciated in the heat. The team of multiple Josh's were incredibly polite and professional. We were super impressed from start to finish. We had a small issue with our installation after 2 weeks and again the team came out very quickly and resolved for us. I have recommended Nic to alot of people already and will continue to do so. Thank you, from a very happy family who can now sleep again in the heat!
