Can someone update what is happening with Footwork's in Birmingham, had an appointment last week that was paid for . Had confirmation of booking but no followup contact nearer the date. When attempted to contact via Email no response and when phoned automated message saying closed due to an electrical fault this has been the same since last week. I was made to pay for services a week before my appointment which I felt uncomfortable with but did it anyway. Turns out my hunch was right. My appointment was canceled via text message, on the day, due to an electrical issue at the site. After radio silence from the clinic for 3 days, I requested a refund via email. Five days on...still no response from the clinic. What a way to treat customers! Awful experience and my feet didn't event get a treatment!
First visit Footworks Chiropody today and will not be my last. Great set up, just off New Street via Burlington Arcade. The team were extremely friendly with a first class service by all. Thank you.
