Just want to say thank you to Karen for the food intolerance test she did for my boyfriend a month ago. He’s seen great improvement since his appointment and her advice has been invaluable. For anyone that feels they are having a reaction or sensitivity to food this is the test for you!
If it helps you it helps you, but there is no science here. I think its very dangerous to claim anything said here as medical fact and if you're going to go here you need to accept that there is no medicinal basing for any advice given. So glad I did this test. I feel brighter in myself with better focus and vision thanks to Karen for diagnosing my cows milk intolerance. An added bonus was the check over for vital vitamins and minerals which I wasnt expecting and picked up where I was lacking. Really great service thank you Katen! Ive been recommending!
I cannot recommend this enough - Karen was absolutely brilliant, put me at instant ease and was really helpful and thorough in her approach. I felt so validated in my concerns and she was really good at talking me through foods to avoid, alternatives, and how to navigate different meals with new substitutions. 100% worth every penny!
