Spent a frosty night at Fontana but enjoyed it immensely. We sat in the lobby and drank a bottle of wine by the fire eating the delicious cheese curds appetizer with bacon and green onions — get it. The room is nice and has an elephant shower with room for two!

It’s a nice place. Wish WiFi were in the guest rooms though.

We stayed here for the first time. Our Cabana room was so spacious, clean, huge king bed and nice bathroom. Front desk personnel was very nice and helpful. The grill had very good food and our waitress, Dee, was wonderful! We plan to come back again in the Spring. Definitely recommend this awesome resort for couples or families!

Cabins could use some updates, but everything was just fine. Lots of closet space but no hangers, windows could use a cleaning. The guided hike to Hazel creek was great! The boat captain was awesome. Hiking guide was very informative and knowledgeable, made the hike much more enjoyable! Sabina was fantastic! She has done a great job putting together fall color hike week! Looking forward to the Dam tour tomorrow!!
