RecommendedGreat food!!! The cabins, rooms are a little dated. But it’s still a great place to stay.
We booked our wedding at Fontana for Oct 3, 2020 and put a deposit of over $1800 down. This was prior to COVID. When COVID hit, we were informed that Fontana had closed down, which was not surprising as most places were closing. However, it was difficult to get anyone to stay in touch with us and that causing a lot of anxiety for someone already planning a wedding. Recommended3 days and 4 nights. Two days we drove around snd enjoyed the Smoky’s. Saturday went boating on the lake.

RecommendedHad a great experience. Loved the property and amenities. It is dated, but seems like they are aware and updates could be in the works with the new lease/property owners. Although dated it was clean and staff was super friendly. Do have some concerns with the in room AC units. Moisture build up, which creates mold, which should be addressed.
