Been vacationing here at Fontana Resort, twice a year for around 15 years. Best vacation spot ever. Beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Plenty of things to do on the resort (mini golf, game room, tennis, volleyball, disc golf, hiking, 2 pools etc) and lots of places to visit within an hour's drive.

I loved this place!! I went a couple years ago when I was a teenager but I enjoyed it very much. Will return soon now that I live in NC! :)

One of the best decisions we made regarding our wedding was choosing to celebrate at Fontana Village Resort! It was the perfect Smoky Mountain vacation for us and our guests and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. The food was amazing and everyone loved the beautiful scenery. Some of the rooms and cabins could be updated, but honestly it wasn’t one of my priorities so I didn’t mind. It's getting a little dated. If you want a throwback to the 1950's sort of family vacation place then it's fine.
