great service, my oil change came with muilti point inspection which elk grove toyota did not do for me. chase was a good service advisor he even let me know my brakes were very low and which i had replaced myself. thanks again.
I had a flat tire and my tires were worn had groceries in the backseat. I spent about two and a half hours there but that's okay because I now have four new tires. There was a sale so I got three and the fourth one cost me a dollar. Great job and thank you for taking care of me.
Great service department, very fast and helpful. I usually do a drop off in the morning and I almost always have my car back by lunchtime. Quality staff, I especially recommend Paul. He gets the job done!
They have great customer service I got what I wanted the manager was great and Jerry Castello was awesome�And usually when you go looking for a car you are there for hours and hours and hours....
