Folsom Lake Toyota makes taking your car in for maintenance a good experience. I usually just wait in their clean, comfortable waiting area with a good book to read while they work on my car. They are always friendly and happy to see you. One thing I wish they did which my Nissan service center does, is have you check all your car lights and turn signals to make sure they are working properly before you get out of the car at dropoff. Service AND customer service were excellent. Tundra was ready to go and all items on ck list are completed. Jake is an awesome service advisor. Anytime we've had questions etc, he's taken care of us. Our favorite Toyota service center is definitely Folsom!

We bought our scion IM in August of 2016 we use it for work my wife and I wear the same type of clothing. After less than 3000 Miled the treading in the driver's seat started to deteriorate, I complained about it to Toyota and said it was an outside influence BS it'd poor quality. I agrugued with them for 1-1/2 yrs they told me to contact Toyota Corp which I did and they refuse to repair it. Our 2004 Prius, which we love, unfortunately needed a new invertor assembly. Service Advisor Paul Barwick had the difficult job of informing us about this expensive repair. He talked us through our options and gave us room to decide with no judgement; we chose to get her fixed since she has been such a great car. Paul also found an old recall item I'd neglected so they took care of that as well. It was ready a full day earlier than expected and is back in top form.
