They can’t even commit for wait time for simple things like oil changes and tire rotation. My wife almost missed school pickup of my kids due to this

They took 2 plus hours for a tire rotation and they didn’t even get it washed. I had a appointment as well so no excuse I think I will take my business somewhere else. They also dented my tailgate the last time I was here. Can not recommend this place to anyone

2014 Tacoma Prerunner I went in for normal scheduled maintenance 40,000 & an alignment since they mentioned last year when I was there that when it was time for me to get new tires I would need an alignment. I got new tires three weeks ago and asked if they could do the alignment in addition to my normal scheduled maintenance.
