Folsom Lake Toyota Sales & Service are terrific. Bought a new Camry after 12 yrs with my old one, also purchased there. Juan Godoy and all the staff on the sales side were responsive to my needs as well as being very nice. My car, which I love, has just had its 1st service at Folsom Lake Toyota's Service Center and that, too, was terrific. Matthew Johnson listened with care & concern and gave me back my nice clean car in a few short hours. I highly recommend Folsom Lake Toyota.

Great service! Everyone was very friendly. There was no hassle getting my car service and I was able to do it during my work hours since they have a shuttle to pick up and drop off. Great people!
Everyone was very disorganized. They would not take a phone or online order for a new key, but after ordering and paying for the key in person (30 minutes from in my home), no one could find it when I came from my service appointment to have the key programmed. Parts and service do not coordinate with each other, so Service did know my part was ordered or in stock. My wait time was estimated at 1.5 hours, but at 2.5 hours, I was still waiting. They make your wait comfortable. TV, snacks, comfortable seating, WiFi/charging station, kids playroom and much more. Or transportation if you want to just go home and wait.
Chase was so great at the service center. I arrived early and the guys took Good care of me. In and out in under 90 minutes.
