We purchased our Highlander at Folsom Lake Toyota and had a hitch added at the service department. They were very nice, competent, competitive and reasonable. The shuttle service took me home and then also pick me up very convenient. We are happy with the car and the service, and for being treated with respect. The first time we took our Sienna in here was to get it serviced for its 90k mile work. They replaced the timing belt along with other routine things. It got done after dark so we only noticed the next morning that our fog lamp covers were missing on the front of our car. We called and told them they forgot to put them back when they were done working on our car. I have been taking my 2004 Toyota Highlander since I bought it. I have always had excellent service. The employees are all friendly and courteous and explain what repairs need to be done. I will buy another new Toyota at Folsom Lake Toyota in the future.
I bring both my kids (5&1 yrs) and I hang out there usually it only takes 1.5 hrs and my car is done. They offer the shuttle to take me home but it’s more hassle juggling both kids back n forth. There’s a kids room, variety of drinks such as coffee, water and pastries to hold u over while u wait. My kids love that!
Jake at the service department was friendly,efficient and personable while maintaining a professional approach. We will be sure to contact Jake when we need to schedule our next service.
