Good efficient service professional staff
Yes I would recommend Folsom Lake Toyota. I like that I can make an appt online. I like their clean and large waiting room. Clean restrooms and the people are always polite and don’t make me feel dumb. My 07 Prius is kept running in great shape thanks to their great mechanics. I have been to the other big Toyota dealership in the area ( starts with a M and ends with an A) and I had some horrible experiences there . I have been coming the Folsom Lake for at least 6 years and will continue to for as long as I have a Toyota.

Jay Bridgeman noticed a small scratch on a white Sienna. Because I pulled in close to the Sienna, he assumed I caused it. The surveillance video does not show any collision, but is grainy and unclear. The salesman who was standing there confirms the cars didn’t touch, there was no contact. Bridgeman refuses to believe that, tells the owner of the Sienna I hit his car, and refuses to provide me a copy of the surveillance footage, saying he can’t.
