Rude customer service. I was told no sequoia TRD in stock after I informed the salesman John Koo that I was there only to look. A sequoia TRD was parked 10 feet away. I would stay away from this dealership if this is the way they treat future customer. Made me realize why I hated car shopping and why everyone is turning to online shopping.

RecommendedAdam and Gerald were great to work with. They took a low pressure approach to the sale. I even told them I wanted to go home and sleep on it and do a little more research and there was no push back. My only complaint was the financing department guy was pushy and seemed irritated that I took my time reviewing the contractual documents. Other than that, it was a great experience!
