Great service department. Serviced all of our Toyota’s since 1999.
Had an alignment done. My vehicle pulls to the right after being aligned which it did not do prior to alignment. Took my vehicle to the shop where I bought tires, rotated them every which way vehicle still pulls to the right. I then called the service manager Michael who stated this was perfectly normal and there was nothing they could do for me. Won't be taking my vehicle there again for service.
It has been a very pleasant experience whenever I have to visit Folsom Lake Toyota. Thank you Chase Davis for making this a great experience
Every time I need to see the Toyota Service Center, my experience is always a great one. Everyone is courteous and professional. Most importantly, there are never any surprises!
