RecommendedI love the snacks and drinks they provide. the fresh baked cookies are delicious. The waiting room is super spacious with plenty of room to sit with comfy chairs. They also have a kid play area to keep the kids busy and a quiet room. The waiting time was about 2 hours which was a long wait time for me.
Paul Barwick/Assistant Service Manager is the best! After much hesitation, I started taking my Rav 4 to Folsom Lake Toyota after 16 years as a Roseville Toyota Customer. Paul is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain issues. Additionally , his friendly, approachable demeanor makes for an excellent customer service experience. Service employee Dave McGee was great but the scheduling from the Texas call center is awful. They are over booking customers, no follow up email or appointment reminders and portly trained phone staff. Folsom Toyota needs to make the appointments themselves and close out the phone center in Texas.
My advisor Chris was friendly and easy to work with. He also found me a deal that got me a few things fixed for less than the price of the original service I went in for.
Have been going to FLT for almost 6 years now, and they have always had exceptional service and support. The staff there is always friendly and professional. The facilities are comfortable, clean and inviting, and they offer many amenities to make their customers’ visits truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend!

I took my car to Folsom Lake Toyota today and I did not have an appointment, but Rick was so helpful he got me in and out in a timely manner. They serviced my car, turned off my oil light and he was very professional and he gave excellent customer service. Thank you Rick for a job well done. I appreciate your help you made my day.
