the service I recieved in the service department was horrible. I felt with unreturned phone calls, the car not being done when promised 2 days in a row, a service advisor who made it clear that good Maks on the customer service questionnaire would determine the service I recieved even told me not to give bad scores because it effect his paycheck. I wont tell you what to do but I will never set foot in that place again
RecommendedThe service department was wonderful to us! I highly recommend them. They took us on even though we bought our vehicle at another Toyota dealership. They were so great that if I need to buy another vehicle I would go to Folsom to buy it. Thank you again Rich!
