RecommendedGood service department! Service advisor Gbriel is stellar. Not only have I purchased numerous vehicles from this dealer but have the service department care for them. I was in today April 26, 2019 for routine PM service on our Prius and Gbriel and the Toyota service techs delivered their usual prompt and professional service.

Rude Salesman yesterday wouldn't let me test drive a Corolla, after I asked to test drive 5 vehicles. One being a Camry. "No you choose Camry, it's my job!" wtf?? So I walked to Ford and made a purchase. Salespeople Stop being Lazy, get the keys and let people try every car they want. Really wanted to see if I liked the Corolla. I guess I'll never know.

Adam E was the only helpful person at this dealership, although he was great and honestly deserves better, I highly recommend not even shopping for a car at Folsom Lake Toyota due to his higher ups. They are very shady, arrogant, and we’re unwilling to help, let alone even discuss options with us. They will raise the price of what you’re shopping behind your back for no reason, without you knowing. Please don’t waste your time here.
Folsom Lake Toyota botched my DMV registration when I purchased my pre-owned car. I should have received my registration card and plates together. I did not. I did not realize this until the lady at DMV brought up computer database and told me. As a result of the negligence I had to pay extra to reissue a new registration card and plates. Both the salesman and finance officer told me they were not responsible for the oversight and I was given a number to the “DMV department” and told it was staffed by “interns”.
