I was a couple minutes early for my appointment and was promptly greeted by an employee. My truck needed an oil change and tire rotation. I had already replaced my air filter and cabin filter. The service writer didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary which I appreciated. No pressure. I waited at the dealership for the service to be completed and it was done in a very timely manner. I was treated like a customer wants to be treated and I will be back for my next service.
I purchased my highlander from Folsom lake Toyota. Jerry, the salesman was easy to work with and was patient with us. The service department was also easy to work with. Overall, I would recommend Folsom lake Toyota.
