Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes. Everything was recently upgraded
