Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
