The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

Dr. Taylor always makes sure every question I have is answered thoroughly and in a way that I can understand. She has given me alternatives and fully explained the pros and cons of each. I feel that questions are welcomed and I never feel like I'm being rushed or put off. The staff is efficient and helpful. The doctor and her staff have exceeded my expectations.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.
