Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
