If I could give a 0 I would. Completely incompetent, dismissive and interrogating service that left me feeling worse than I entered.
Absolutely awful. Been trying to get a referral diagnosis for months and keep getting rejected. Disgraceful service. So much for being a “mental health service”. Don’t even bother if you’re in crisis or feeling like ending it.
Wes streeting yarps on about " talking therapies " and so do certain teams within Folly hall itself. You get told you're getting discharged from a certain team but told to access talking therapies only to be told that talking therapies is a short term service only ( 6 weeks)- and that your needs are more complex. Very disgusting service turned up to an appointment find out it’s cancelled on the day. It’s mental health issues angry with how they have dealt with me and autism not understanding towards my needs.
