The service provided by Folklands with my recent house sale was superb from start to finish. Richard’s valuation was spot on, communication from Sophie in relation to viewings was prompt and efficient; and the after sales service was brilliant. Special thanks to Paul who was always there at the end of the phone with sound advice and who handled tricky negotiations superbly. Folklands really offer the complete package.
Excellent service and outcome! I sold my house and am very happy with the everything from the viewings, advice and follow up to push through the sale. Having now had a poor experience buying through another local agent, I realise just how good it would have been to purchase through Folklands. Viewings were conducted professionally, and any questions that couldn’t be answered at the time were always followed up. It’s not often you see so many positive reviews for an estate agent but I can honestly say, Folklands deserve every single five stars.
