Absolutely horrendous. Owner Glen lies and is incompetent as agents. We employed him 2 yrs ago to manage due to family illness & needing to reduce our stress. In this time he has not managed tenants or rooms, lost us over £10,000 in rent / poor management to collect fees from tenants. He complains he had to liaise with tenant when rent issue despite being paid to manage these things. Failed to reply to phone calls or emails over numerous months.
