Was in St. Augustine for vacation and hit with terrible lower back/leg pain. Found FM online and went in, expecting a 3- or 4-hour ordeal (because that's what we're used to back home). We were in and out in about an hour! Great compassionate care by Gwen, Gene and the entire staff! Cannot say enough good things about these folks. Thank you!
My husband and I went here a few times and were always impressed with the staff and service. We were seen by a Rachel Kelly PA at one point and had heard she was taking patients and immediately looked at each other and said ... we found our primary as we had been driving back and forth to Ocala to go to the Drs for the last 3 yrs. She is young ,very caring,thorough and takes the time to explain things so you can understand it! We are so glad to have found her .
The worse experience ever. Brought my daughter in while we were on vacation... they wouldn’t do anything for us or test her for strep instead they send us to the ER after we’ve done paid them a 50 dollar co pay for services they did not render. They said her tonsils were swollen and they couldn’t treat her. We get to the ER which was phenomenal— Flagler hospital and they said they could have a treated her... nothing is cautious about her tonsils that she has an infection. Yes I would recommend this urgent care !! We have come here a few times and have always had great service . The wait time is a little long but they are very good doctors . They care and spend time listening to what is wrong( that’s why wait time is longer ) We had a small hick up in a prescription and I message there page (not knowing if it would work ) and they answered it right away and fixed everything for me. Thank you for caring for your patience and thank you Facebook page
