Let me described Flying Homes Limited in two words:- Utter crap! Online form offered me £255,000 on an "assisted sale". Thought id ring up and ask what this is...no one knows. No one calls back. However, I can take £240,000 right away if I like.Funny enough no one knows about that either. Its not a buyer, its simply an agency. A blatant misuse of people who are looking to sell their houses whether that be through illness or just financially needing to sell. Avoid, its a waste of time and will get your hopes up.

My Father and I sold a property through Flying Homes and it cost us around 6% for a quick sale, and our legal costs were included which was a surprise. To be honest I would use them again even if I didn't need a fast sale as the buyer they introduced looked round our house once and we never heard from him again until exchange of contracts a few weeks later! The old house is rented out now so i guess he wanted it as a buy to let home. A painless experience and a great Company to deal with!

Great Company! They said that I would get 70% of market value offered from most of the quick sale companies on the web, and they were right! Most offered around 70% with one coming in at 55% ! Flying Homes were very transparent, they told me that if I could wait a little longer that a few weeks then I'd get much more. In the end I got 96% of what the estate agent told us originally!
