I've been going to Fly Dance Fitness every Tuesday night for Pound for about 2 months now. As someone who isn't a gym person, and prefers to workout alone where nobody can see me, I have to say that all my nerves about coming here were washed away in the first 5 minutes of my first class. Everyone is so nice and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Jillian is a great instructor. Very sweet but kicks your butt. This class is so fun and so addicting. Crank the music up and drum your butt off!!

For someone as out of shape as I am and the fact I have two pins in both of my feet.. the first night of Throw Down was rough... But I know I am definitely going to keep going... Especially since my last night of school is next Wednesday !! Then I will definitely have more time... Seems like some pretty awesome people...
