I am fully in love with Fly Dance. The workout is amazing and the overall atmosphere is wildly fun and empowering. The only thing that hurts more than my well worked-out muscles are my cheeks from smiling! Exercise with a healthy dose of girl-power. Heck ya!! It's goin' down fa real.
