Fun, fun, fun fitness!!! I never feel bored, or like I'm even working out. "Throw down" is like a night out dancing with the girls!!! All the instructors are amazing!!!
The Throw Down class was awesome. Loved the atmosphere and the dance moves.
This place is fun. The only thing I dislike is the classes are to close together. 5 min in between isn't enough time to clean up, especially sculpt classes and then all the throwdown people come rushing in when we are trying put back Equip. Kind of uncomfortable but music and workouts are great.
