Couldn't ask for a better kick butt workout! The trainers have such high energy and the music is killer!!!
So thankful to have found and to be a part of the Fly Fam! My 7 year search for a chance to dance on a daily basis again, after moving to Florida has finally ended. A dream come true to be a part of such an amazing group of instructors, front desk staff and fly girls!
LOVE this place! The instructors are always upbeat which makes the class so fun! I enjoy the music and the routines! I've been to several classes and always do new routines each class which keeps me on my toes! The Throw Down class has the best energy and recommend it to anyone who likes to dance and have fun while getting a good workout �
