This is the one fitness class I look forward to all week. It's so much fun. It's a very nice and welcoming environment. Gift shop is cute too. Be prepared to dance your ass off!

This is the first workout in years that I actually look forward to, I usually train to run for the next race and needed something different in my routine, I find myself actually practicing at home for the next class routine. Such a fun time!
